I am a USCG Chief engineer Unlimited with a nice young family looking to have great tenants who we have always become close friends with in the past. We keep rental agreement month to month formally, however all of our past tenants have stayed long term and we hope to ensure you feel comfortable and care to do the same. You are welcome to use the pool, enjoy the yard and space and generally feel at home. We ask for respectful people only as we have two young children.
