The Surrounding Area

On the Intra-Coastal Waterway. Short Uber ride to Orlando International Airport, Kennedy Space Center, Coca Beach, and Disney World. Short bike ride to shopping, restaurants, and vibrant Cocoa Beach. We can supply bikes. Located on the Indian River. This part of the river is clean and swimmable. No alligators or water snakes on this waterway that I am aware of. Good swimming and clean water. The dock has a low platform to make swimming and kayak/dinghy launching easy. Dolphins frequently seen playing in the water right off the dock.
