What if I need to cancel my booking?

All listings will fall into one of three cancellation policies:

• Lenient
• Moderate
• Strict

Each listing will have this clearly specified under the description.  Depending on the cancellation policy assigned to your listing you will be offered different refund amounts based on how far in advance your scheduled arrival is.  For more information on each cancellation policies terms, please visit Cancellation Policies page.
