Cancellations can be done automatically using your Dock Skipper dashboard. Just go to Booking Requests (if you are a host) or My Trips (if you are a guest). Once there, select the booking you would like to cancel & proceed through the process. The refund amount (if applicable) is automatically calculated based on the listings cancellation policy. If you feel like your cancellation is in line with our Extenuating Circumstances Cancellation Policy, please submit the form below and provide documentation that proves you fit the category.
