Do I have to allow short term stays?

When submitting your listing on the Dock Skipper platform, you have full control over who and when you rent.  We encourage dock owners to allow short term bookings but that choice is ultimately up to you.  Dock owners that do allow short term rentals typically make substantially more income due to the premiums they are able to charge.  Example, you can likely get $100-$200 night versus $600 – $800 per month.
